April Invoice Corrupt

My April Invoice will not open. I was able to download and view the March invoice that I had not viewed yet. Please fix the file.  Thank you.

Is today your billing date? Sometimes it takes 1,2 days for the system to be updated

Hi there @Mits 

The invoice should be able to be viewable and downloadable by now. If it still continues, I will share a few steps to  troubleshoot. 

1: Clear the cache and cookies, reboot the browser and try again. 

2: Try a different browser or device, if possible. 

Let us know if you are able to see it by now.
