Earlier this month, my account was overcharged from the usual $39-41 CAD to at least $127. I reached out to Koodo support and the guy who serviced me said he’d add credits to reduce the overcharged amount but I do not see it on my credit card company transaction list, just that I’m charged the full $127. Do I need to talk with Koodo support again?

When the rep mentioned about the credit, I believe they put it directly into your account, not your credit card. Could you log into your self-serve and check account balance there to see if anything was applied?
