I recently upgraded the phones on my plan. I waited until after I had made the last tab payment and the tab balance showed $0. Just received the first bill after the upgrade and I have the new tab charge for the new phones AND the provide TAB charge. I had a callback that disconnected and now I cannot schedule another one and the rep didn't call back after the disconnect. 

The virtual assistant is garbage. 

When self serve shows $0, its usually the next bill that has that final tab charge which is what you’re seeing on your bill now.
If you compare the date that the last tab charge was charged with the date on your pdf ebill they should be in the same range.
