I bought my son a prepaid $15 talk and text plan for Christmas (***)***-**22.

when I try to open a self serve account to set up payments it won’t let me since my email already exists .

please help. He just got a message that his plan will expire in 2 days

We will include our Self Serve registration help page for prepaid service in order to look over the steps. 

We have limited access to prepaid service here over the Community, If you require further assistance in regards to the situation, we would recommend that you schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist in order to speak with a dedicated prepaid agent. 


Just dont use the same email for prepaid and postpaid
