I am no longer Koodo number since January 1st 2025. I have a question about my amount due, which is -96.40 Cad. It means Koodo will return 96.40 Cad to me. Now, the problem is that I don’t stay at that address, so can Koodo give me the cheques to my current address?

Did you have pre-authorized payments set up?  If so it should be returned back onto that form of payment

Thanks, Dennis. I don’t have pre-authorized payments. So, I don’t know what the solution for me now. Are there any chances that we can discuss with Koodo representative about the method of returning the money?


Hi ​@Huynh you will still be able to log in to your online account for up to 90 days after the cancellation date. Can you still access the address change option? Here is a guide https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-address
