Accidentally cancelled internet subscription

I accidentally cancelled my internet subscription. I was told that I need to reorder the subscription. I have done so. However I’ve 2 issues:

 

  • I’ve received an email to return the equipment (since I accidentally cancelled)
  • I’ve received an email that a new equipment will be shipped. 

What do I do now? Do i wait for the new equipment to be shipped and then mail it back?

How do I push up the activation date? Basically I want it to continue right now.

You could return the existing equipment and wait for the new one as you put a new order. If you kept the old one, you would have 2 set of equipment at home.
