Hi, when I switched my phone last month, I was promised a $70 connection fee waived. Can someone check that it’s going to happen on my next bill? I just got my bill and it wasn’t waived.

We have looked into it, however we don’t see a connection fee refund.

We have also checked the service agreement, and a connection fee refund is not stated on it.

Did a rep in store say the connection fee refund will appear on your first bill or later?


I actually even saw the Best Buy guy select the box that said $70 connection fee waived with my own two eyes. For both me and my husband.  Is there anywhere else it would be? I think he said it might be first bill or 2nd.

We were unable to locate the promotion for the connection fee refund on our end. If possible, we’d suggest checking with BestBuy.
