I was an existing customer set up on pre-authorized payments with Koodo. I added a phone and got a better plan. I am still set up for pre-authorized payments. Will I receive a $5 discount even though I was set up before?

So the credit will still apply as long as it is an auto pay plan. An easy way to tell is if you go to change your plan in self serve, it will tell you what you already have and say "with auto pay" and a cheaper price. If that is the case for both lines, then yes! But if you don't have auto pay plans then no. I hope this clears things up, more info can be found in the link.
