I was an existing customer set up on pre-authorized payments with Koodo. I added a phone and got a better plan. I am still set up for pre-authorized payments. Will I receive a $5 discount even though I was set up before?

So the credit will still apply as long as it is an auto pay plan. An easy way to tell is if you go to change your plan in self serve, it will tell you what you already have and say "with auto pay" and a cheaper price. If that is the case for both lines, then yes! But if you don't have auto pay plans then no. I hope this clears things up, more info can be found in the link. πŸ™‚πŸ‘

Hi ​@Dave709, yes, you selected an eligible plan so you should see the $5 auto-pay discount on your future bills. As you changed the plan in the last day of the bill cycle, you should hopefully start seeing it with the December bill. Let us know if you don’t see it once the bill is issued!
