I was charged with a $3000+ first bill! I did everything Koodo asked and followed everything the reps asked me to do (returned phones on time canceled my lines afterwards etc….)

I am frankly outraged by the “service” of Koodo and their incompetency in handling basic requests!

 Could someone from Koodo PLEASE take a look at this? I do not have the funds to pay for this and frankly would appreciate if Koodo took care not to completely destroy my credit score!

You can check under my profile for all the nonsense I’ve gone through (not including 4 pages of private messaging).

 Why is it that every time I call Koodo (over cumulative 10 hours now), I am reassured that my account is in good standing only for these problems to come up directly afterwards?

Phone support is not helpful. They lie about having resolved the issue, tell me to wait a few days and nothing happens.

I had to file a CCTS complaint. Need two issues addressed:

  1. $3200 charge reverted. The phones have been delivered. The phone rep verified, cancelled my lines a few weeks ago and told me I wouldn’t be charged.
  2. $5 bill credit added to all 4 of my plans (not including $5 autopay) as indicated right in the contract. Called twice to have this added. Both times, the rep told me they added it and to wait a few days.  Still no credit after a month.
