I’ve tried to schedule a Koodo callback over the last few days, but it’s not working so I’m hoping to get an answer here.

I just got a new phone. I was in the middle of a 2 year plan, so I had to pay my remaining tab balance and tab bonus on my latest bill.

My old tab was $33/month. I had just under a year left, so the lumpsum tab payment remaining was $330.

I just received my bill with this amount on it, plus my new tab of $62/month, AND an additional $33 on it from the old tab. I’m not sure why this additional $33 is on here - everything should be in the lumpsum for my old one or so I thought?

If anyone has any insight, please let me know. Thank you!

The website (confusingly) reduces the tab amount early so in reality you had $330 + $33 left owing.
$33 was charged to the bill as regular, and then additionally, you had a remaining $330 left after that last tab payment was made.

If you go back and count all the tab charges on old bills, it should equal out to the right amount.

Hi Allan,

Thanks so much for your response, that’s super helpful and makes sense!
I couldn’t see my past tab payments/balance since I’ve now switched plans, but thinking about it/estimating in my head, everything seems to add up.

Thanks again!
