Hi there,

I was charged $10 for a 12GB add-on which I didn’t add. I only used 10GB /  30GB, so there’s no reason why I would add 12GB.

Looking at my account, I do indeed have a 12GB add-on, and I’ve now removed it, but I didn’t add it in the first place. Any ideas if and how I can get that charge removed?

There should be a record of the add-on in your previous bills. I recommend you downloaded PDF bill in your self-serve to see when it was added. As well, normally, they also sent emails to confirm the addition of any add-on, you could search the email (junk/spam as well) to see if anything was there.

We have checked and we see the add on was added back in May.

As Dinh mentioned above, there is an email that was sent when the add on was added by replying to the text offer (On May 23rd)
