Purchased a new phone, but want to return and replace

Hi there - I just recently ordered a new plan, new phone (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE certified pre-owned), it arrived in the mail and realize it’s way too bulky for me, I want to return and replace with a Samsung Galaxy S20 certified pre-owned instead. It’s untouched, perfect condition, literally just opened the box. Is this possible?And how do I get in touch with someone at Koodo? I don’t know how to talk to a real person. Thanks!Dave

major issue with billing but cant speak with anyone from koodo

Hello,So I cancelled by Koodo account in August when I moved to the US.mid october I get alerted that I owe them 30 bucks ( had previously reduced the owed money to 0 when I cancelled the account), but it said that the money I owe is for a september - october bill. I figured this would be easy to address as it seems like a simple mistake. only problem is, when I call the toll free number, I get sent to the automated system online. When I try to set up a call with the automated system it tells me they cannot call international numbers (my number is a US number)... I have no way to contact the company to deal with this, I cannot access my account anymore as I dont have access to the old number and they just sent me to collections... anyone know how I can contact the company? Im at a total loss. I really need help and I was planning to restart my account when I moved back, but this is such a horrible experiance I am reconsidering/

Switching Plan

Hello,I have paid off my tab and would like to change plans to a lower data plan. I have used less than 1 GB of data each moth over the last three. However, the option to go to a lower plan is not available to me. I would like to switch to the $37.50 at 2GB plan. Please advise. Thank you for your time,D

I scheduled a call back — received their call and pressed 1 to speak with someone.  I’ve been listening to the phone ringing for the past 15 minutes with no one picking upWhat’s the point of a call back feature if no one answers the phone?

can I forward texts/calls to international SIM to avoid roaming?

Hello,I am currently in Thailand, from Canada.  If I purchase a local sim, set up call forwarding on my iPhone to the new number, and then swap out the SIM, will I be able to review texts or calls from home without being charged extra?  Thank you! -Jessica

One Time top-up data charges should be waived due to Hurricane Fiona and are NOT Credited on my new Bill

I don’t have a credit for the my one time top up fee of $25 applied to my last bill during Hurrican Fiona on my new Koodo Bill.  As promised by Koodo it was supposed to be credited due to Hurrican Fiona waiver on my new bill cycle and it is NOT!!

Hello. I couldn't pay my cell phone bill for two months from September to October. I'm so sorry. I mistook the date. I thought it would be charged on the 22nd of every month. But compared to what I couldn't pay, the fee was too high. I'm sorry, but is there any way to deduct the fee? Also, I couldn't get a refund of $25 in May fee from Kudo.And I want to contact you by email if possible because I am not good at English.Please help me.

Will Koodo/sales person be able to remove my number from an apple ID

Hey there, so to make a long story short, the Apple ID my account is linked to I’ve (almost) lost access to. I don’t have my password anymore, it got changed by me a while ago and I can’t remember what I’d changed it to. I’ve exhausted my options of recovering the account so when this phone dies or I go to get a new one, I will not be able to use my number due to the fact that it’s already linked to an Apple ID but I will not be able to log into it. so, will I be able to get Koodo to remove my number from this apple account so I can put it on a new one, or if I switch to android will I be able to transfer my number there?

unable to complete online order, get this error instead

Finally the 45 day hold is up and I went to order my new phone. I've tried twice now to complete the order and I get the error "Price Plan is not valid". Even though I'm choosing the Tab plan that's needed. ($60 for 10gb for a CPO iPhone 11)Is it because I'm trying to purchase with a prepaid Visa?

Anyone else unhappy with Koodo’s data plan for traveling in the US?  My wife and I were there for just over 2 weeks - cost was > $300.   This will be the reason I leave Koodo.

Promo special plan shows in one number but not my other number, same account!

Hi Koodo team.I have 2 numbers under 1 account. Exact same plan, exact same signup date, same city obviously. Today I saw 1 of the 2 numbers has a “special offer” of $50 for 25GB offer, but the other number has nothing like that.  Can I get this offer on BOTH of my numbers, please ?  I am currently on a $50 for 12GB plan and was thinking of leaving for Fido or VirginPlus for more gigs. Thanks in advance.

Pre-paid notbetting 100% data booster used

Hello,I am on a pre-paid plan with some data and I purchase data boosters on top of that. I sometimes get text notifications that I've used 50% or 90% of my base plan or booster data (but not every time), but I don't think I've ever received a notification that I've used 100% (at least not the last couple times). This means from my perspective, I will have cell service, but the internet will randomely stop working. Is there any way to check/enable the 100% usage notifications for pre-paid (especially for boosters)?

Whenever I try to access my billing details, it returns the error: 500 internal server error it returns this error on all platforms: MacBook, iPad and iPhone all other functions on the account work. is there a problem with the Koodo site, or is it something else?

I’m travelling in the US for a few months and planning to have my phone on airplane mode for the majority of the trip to avoid daily roaming fees. If I subscribe to visual voicemail will I be able to access my voicemails over wifi?
