I want to set up on line but can't wait for sim card to arrive as I just got called away for work can I pick up sim at store and still set up on line

sim card problem

i tried to have my sim card replaced.. got a new one and tried online to switch it over had no luck called the number on the sim card with multiple complications along the way they said it was going to be switched to the new one when the call droped… so now i power off and put in the new card power on and now i can use ither one of the cards and i had no phone to get a hold of them

audio and facetime call issues

I just got this phone maybe two weeks ago that I’ve noticed, I’ve had issues with FaceTime not going through, wifi is perfectly fine. I try making FaceTime calls and they don’t hear it on the receiving end but it rings. Second thing is, when playing back voice memos on the iPhone 12 VS IPhone XR. The 12 seems to have a low volume quality. I’ve gone through all settings to assure volume is not down. Third is I noticed a tiny spec of search near the lense. Considering it’s a brand new phone I wouldn’t hope to think there would be a scratch. I’m unable to call tech support due to my work hours. Can someone help me pls?  I’ve had a same issue with the iPhone 11 on my account as of making a post regarding low volume but no one can’t seem to help resolve the issue?  Should I contact Koodo as you sell the phone or contact Apple?

Unable to access Mobile Services for new line

I am trying to port a telus number to the new line as I just received the sim card but when I go to Mobile Services it says an error has occurred. This does not happen for the original line that is still open.

Problem accessing/Setting-Up Voicemail

Hello, I just got a new phone today (Motorola Moto G) and switched from Telus to Koodo, and I am now  trying to set-up/access my voicemail. After dialling into the voicemail (either with the voicemail speed dial or calling my own number) and then choosing the language, I am then asked to enter my mailbox number. I’ve tried entering my own number here when prompted, but it only sends me back to the start again where I am asked to choose my language and then again to enter the mailbox number. At no point am I prompted to enter a pin or to set-up a pin. What am I doing wrong?ThanksMC

Enter Callback Number During Voicemail Greeting

Hi everyone,  I am wondering if Koodo offers a "callback number feature while listing to outgoing voicemail greeting. I. e. This is Steve. Please leave a message after the tone or press (digit) to enter in a callback number. Thank you.At this point, a text would be sent to me with entered phone number.

Unable to Validate some of your credit file information

Hi! I applied my spouse for a new plan under koodo, and everytime I applied online we will get an email that they weren't abke to verify her credit information.We used a Visa credit card from CIBC, we called the bank and there were no problems at all. We Updated the address to the bank also. Same with the billing address filled up during the application.We are trying to avoid the 50cad connection fee at the stores, that's why we prefer to do it online. Hope you could help us.  John
