We've received your order and it is being processed. Typical timeline is 3-5 business days, though it can be longer for popular or limited stock devices (adjusted timelines are shown on the device page). You'll receive the tracking number via email once approved and shipped. If further information is needed, we'll email you.

Good news! Your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Keep an eye on your Inbox as the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided us during renewal or activation.

I am attempting to track my recent order. After entering my order number and my email address the next screen will not load to show me the tracking information :(

Oder tracker does not load and my phone upgrade still hasn’t shipped 😡

It looks like we may have some inventory issues with the Samsung S20.

It would be nice if you can send email to people whose order has back ordered/ inventory issues as soon as Webstore find out.   

Or add this function “ Order inventory issue/back order” and people have option to wait or change/cancel their order.

Agreed! It’s crazy that we pay for a service and they don’t even let us know anything!

3 days since I ordered and the tracker still says my order is being verified. What needs to be verified?
