new year new number

I have been plagued with nuisance calls from unsavory associates. I want a new private phone number to proceed into the new year.

 

I've tried to find the link on  on you web page to no avail.  It is getting frustrating to even access Self Serve. Your system keeps circling back to a previous page each time I try to access services. I am even having difficulty try to set up a call back. The system again does a complete cycle back to a previous step or page.

Your system just sent me back to a previous message page, redundant pointing me back to Self serve.. wasting my time really

Are these robo calls?

If they are, you can turn on call control in your self serve?

Just read your post in more detail… are you also having self serve issues?  Are you able to login?  Can you elaborate on this?

I am requesting a new number. Plain and simple.

When you try to get a new number, where does the site stop working for you and what stops working/what error do you get?
