I lost my phone Sunday which means I lost my SIM always 

I went to a Koodo store today to get a new SIM 

The sales associate charged me $60 for a SIM I asked her why the SIM was so much she said that was the cost 

I am furious I was stuck because I need my phone for work 

Please help
