Koodo Assist bot is the worse thing ever! As a hearing impaired/deafened customer trying to order their new phone upgrade online, a call-back from Koodo is NOT AN OPTION!!
Bring back the live agents. PLEASE!

Did you check the very bottom of the last bill before the increase? There should be a notice there.
