Live Chat / Agent needed

Koodo Assist bot is the worse thing ever!  As a hearing impaired/deafened customer trying to order their new phone upgrade online, a call-back from Koodo is NOT AN OPTION!!

Bring back the live agents.  PLEASE!

I know this is just a community chat and won’t likely reach the powers that be, but if enough people upvote this, just maybe it will draw attention to it and changes will be made for those who rely on the written word.  Thank you.

I have already downloaded and checked the billing pdf file. It increased without any reason.

What increased, your plan?

Did you check the very bottom of the last bill before the increase? There should be a notice there.

“virtual assist” may be virtual, but it is not assisting. Right now I had to try three times to schedule a callback just to get an add-on removed (which was not possible to do in Self Serve). Self Serve gave me a code to enter in the Virtual Assistant, but still it did not work. Eventually, I received a callback from a different department.

 

The chatbot is embarassingly bad.

PLEASE  - I just want to know if I can reinstate an account with the same number?  I’m sorry - but your customer service really stinks!!  Please - sometimes you just want to talk to a live person!  Choose Happy - I don’t think so!  Grrrr!

Usually they can within 60-90 days or so. Anything past that and you’d likely be out of luck as the number gets put back in the pool for anyone to take.
