thanks - incognito seems to be working - except for Prime - do I need to cancel existing subscription first

What happens exactly when you try to “Activate” Amazon Prime using the activate button in self serve?

STATES - You already have an active Prime membership on this account.

Existing Prime members are ineligible for this offer.

If you get this error when trying to activate Amazon Prime, please contact Amazon so they can help with the existing membership, and you should then be able to finish the subscription activation in self serve:
