Seasonal Hold Page Won’t Load

I’m trying to put my phone plan on a seasonal hold, but the page just refuses to load. It won’t move to the next step at all. I’ve already tried different browsers, incognito mode, and even different devices, but nothing works. Is there another way to activate the seasonal hold?
