Not being able to add perk

Hi, switched to Koodo and everything works great except the Pick my perk (5g boost). When I try to add it, it does nothing. Saw it’s maybe a common issue. What could I do to fix it?

Hi there,

Yes this has been a common issue recently. Can you try to add a different perk, and then if it successfully adds, then change the perk to the 5G speed boost? It was mentioned on here that this has worked for others.

If it does not work let me know and I can flag a rep to assist. 🙂

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser? What about using a different browser or device? If you have tried both options and it still does not work, a rep will further assist you.

Same problem happening to me, I can’t add any perk to my mobile plan.

Which perk did you want to add? As well, have you tried to clear the cache of the web browser to see if that can help?

5G Speed Boost Perk.

I tried both Firefox and Microsoft Edge (with and without incognito mode): no success.

@savvy1 try selecting a different perk and then changing to the one you want.  See if that will work for you.

We have tried to add the perk from our end, however it didn’t work. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend and this should take up to 3 business days.
