Can Add4 be added for just 1 month?

We have been unable to identify your account based on your community profile, however, if it is about a monthly add on, you should be able to remove it in self serve under Mobile Services later, before the new biling cycle.

Just to confirm:

1. Add4 and Add12 are “add-ons” can be added/removed whenever I choose?
2. If I remove Add4 during the same period, what happens to my monthly charges? what happens to the data amount? Asking because I saw this and didn’t quite understand:

If it is an add-on, you should be able to remove it from your Self-Serve account. As for the latter part of your question, it will likely be prorated for a certain amount of time in the remainder of your bill cycle.

If it is a monthly add on, the data it provides can be accessed only while the add on is on the account, and you should be able to remove the add on at any time if you decide so. You should get charged only partially if you don’t keep the add on for the full billing cycle.

If you would like to log out from your community account and log back in using the  “Login via self serve” option in the community login page, we can access the account details on our end and double check the add on details.
