Worst carrier ever forget transferring my number

Worst decision ever transferring my number to this carrier first became a client of theirs when I purchased my daughter‘s first cell phone when she was just 12 years old an iPhone of her choosing then the following year when she was just 13 I transferred my carrier my number to them that is 16 years with this carrier every two years I upgrade my iPhone never ever ever had an android if somebody offers me their android I do need to know how to answer it. Do not know how to turn on. Do not know how to adjust the volume. Do not know how to text. Do nothing about an android. Do not even know how to use the full capability of an Apple product but I love iPhones always have an iPhone after my place by flip phone and my daughter‘s hands and then went to this company and got her first iPhone what a big mistake nothing but trouble for 16 years. How stupid have I been to stay with this carrier for 16 years? What have I done? I feel like a shameful of myself to waste my money on this carrier for years they had a number you could call and get a human on the other side of the line now for a number of years. What did you do? They have a chat box that you have to request a callback it makes multiple mistakes currently I’m fighting with the system for days. I’ve been trying to get through the system. Finally, I got through what did it do get the expert on the other side of the wrong my wrong phone number how to give the expert agent my phone number twice before she got it right to set up a callback how long I’ve been waiting for this callback over two hours explain to this agent the dire situation does not care not a priority other eight people are more important 16 years of devotion and dedication to this carrier lack of care of their clients only want their money in their pocketbook to pay their agent every two weeks it make money after the low pain citizens in our country that they provide their lack of service to their city products been on the phone with Apple support for over 45 minutes where he had control of my phone and couldn’t even get the phone to work properly was with them for 45 minutes and the battery is already at 4%. We had to hang up because it was not plugged in cause the phone has to be either on charge at all times plugged into the wall or in the car plugged in or on a portable charger if I’m outside, if not within an hour without use, the phone is dead even though the battery life says 87% left when is less than a year old that’s how bad the shape this phone is in with nothing but Care in a case with a perfectly glass screen protector gently taken care of at all times it even states in it that is so many metres deep waterproof for so many minutes never touch water always well taken care of. Can’t believe the service that this provider cares for their clients only wants their money, threatened to cancel one time once a retention of smart though download an app that I paid for every month put it on the USB stick it doesn’t only record but transcribe Word for Word what everybody is saying during the conversation I had it going while speaking to retention I was supposed to be paying $45 a month no contract for two years. Just a tab on the phone for 60 GB of data that would roll over each month what was not used on the 5G network Canada calling unlimited picture picture 5 GB of iCloud with a maxed out which I pay extra for each month, so I don’t lose all of my iCloud which I don’t have a problem with because I all iPhones only come with that maximum storage in the cloud and I want what’s in my cloud so I’m willing to pay for it. Android you don’t have this problem. Maybe I’m thinking about going and learning how to use an android definitely looking at leaving this provider seriously how stupid have I been for 16 years this phone does not function. You cannot use multiple apps at one time even though you have four bars full wireless or you’re on the 4G network that they now downgraded me too 20 GB of data that no longer rules over wasn’t paying access $13 a month for which now I paid $60 a month which I was unaware of until I just looked at my bill today that they’ve been charging me months for when did they change me do this? When did they advise me? They changed what they did when retention back last year when I thought to cancel with this agent made this deal with me that was no contract now I’ve been invited today with this lovely person that took care of me at this establishment told me there’s no such thing as not being in a contract you’re always in the two-year contract always there’s no such thing of being in a non-contract. This individual lied to you just to keep you with their carrier, but I have the recorded transcribed if they don’t make it right and let me out of the contract and move onto another carrier and get another iPhone. I’ll sue them. Somebody will have some money. They better have a whole lot of money because the lawyer I contacting does not charge you upfront and they do not take a case that they 100% they can win they’re an entire self. I won’t mention their name cause I wanna bring them publicly but they better have a whole lot of money this carrier cause I certainly gonna have some someday cause I just live above the poverty just make him men’s meat each single day someday I’m gonna have some money in my bank account too some of theirs for once make it right this carrier get me a new phone and get me the copper service that I should have step up and have a live agent available to ask human to have human human contact. Have a little bit of compassion in humanity for your clients stop being **** and fools and having this technology system does not work in this world today learn how to type and read and use a pen on paper so you know what your brain is doing that the chronic things in your brain works properly go back to school be retrained in your position. Know what you’re doing make it right this carrier Apple also make it right get me a new phone and provide me the price to service that I should deserve 16 years of dedication to deserve and this product step of people do the right job

Lets take things step by step.

  1. It sounds like you are having trouble with your cellphone’s battery life?  Which iphone do you have and when was it purchased?
  2. Are you having trouble with your $45 month plan?
  3. Is there a tab payment or amount issue?
  4. Is there a rollover perk issue?
  5. Is there an iCloud issue?

I am a bit confused. But I really want to help.  What exactly is the issue?  Or what is the main issue and maybe we can tackle that first.

 

Android you don’t have this problem. I have multiple issues was told by the retention person words I have on recording and transcribe board conversation with this individual on a special app cannot be denied. I was told on a 5G network, which is not possible with your carrier on my bill. It’s stipulated I was on the 5G which is incorrect is a lie just noticed this month that says 4G you only carry a 4G. You don’t have the capability of a 5G it’s only pink $45 a month now 60 when did this change happen? I have no clue haven’t had the time to look for unlimited Canada white calling and texting picture and picture multiple issues with the phone. The battery plus other issues even Apple support where the phone is not a year old yet could not control the phone and make it do the things he wanted to do diagnose the phone boosted. It said there was nothing wrong came back. Diagnostically suggested I take the phone to be tearing apart 3 1/2 hours away from where I live at an $80 cost of my gas money do you think I’m gonna do this on my dollar absolutely not after being a customer devoted client of your carrier for 16 years how stupid how I been when is my plan been changed we’re clearly stated in the recording and transcribe that I’m not in a two-year contract where the individual told me today at a location that is absolutely not true. I’m locked into a two-year contract, but I’ll deal with this with my lawyers if you try to chop me into a two-year contract because it’s on a UPS stick along with the recording on the app that transcribe words for Word good luck on winning your case because you’re gonna lose a whole pile of money if this is a situation is not rectified immediately. Do you know how long I’ve been waiting for a callback and how long it took your stupid tap box to organize one then your stupid expert agent to get my phone number correct how incompetent are you people working on the other side of technology go back to training and get retrained in technology I don’t press to be careful about savvy if you do not know about technology don’t work in it get fired or go home find another career or go welfare. I’m sick and tired of dealing with you. Call Centre agents I worked in many many calls. This is my own top agent across Canada in the employment insurance centre in the federal government of Canada Chief Stewart phone to Ottawa to bargain with management for a collective agreement created a petition created in March in front of the federal building in our town who helped get Steven Harper out of government not voted in the following year who got help get Justin Trudeau elected as Prime Minister of the following year the only province that voted for Steven Harper with Alberta. Every other province voted in Justin Trudeau was that a mistake yes, it was is liberal good no, let’s not talk about politics I worked in many many centres with an agent I rate my customers, even though my team stayed behind me and told me to give them more to hang up. I did not never once I knew how to handle the call even though Andre have a high school Diploma in my back pocket, I was able to gain this position in the government the federal government I thought, because I had the education acknowledge behind me in cost of their experience, inbound and outbound the knowledge how they handle clients how to treat them properly with humanity and respect with a phone number with a human on the other side of the line to connect with you once had which you disconnected now you have a stupid chat box that you need to talk to you have to argue with back-and-forth so you get an expert agent that can’t get your phone number correct you gotta type it multiple times before that superperson gets it correctly. Yes I have a lawyer and retainer in Ontario. I wonder who they are. They do not take my money upfront and they do not take any case that they believe that’s 100% winnable have a whole power of money you carrier and Apple because I’m certainly gonna have some finally in my life just living above the poverty line giving you money for 16 years and supporting Apple for 16 years make it right people I gave my address. Send me a new iPhone 17+ for free charge and get me out of the two of your contract that I’m not supposed to be in get me back on my $45 a month fee plan get me back on  My 60 GB data supposed to roll over every month they upgraded to the 20 then paying an extra $13 a month for the rollover each month. It’s in competency of your agents. Your attention agent did this doesn’t order to keep me as a client a liar a *****, *****, nasty son of a ***** that’s all you. People are taking advantage of people low income people at that people who suffer from mental illness especially me someone who could call Turkey five months ago who battle each day day by day trying to get out of bed and making it special needs Dog a serve animal at that for emotional support who has toxic life story of her own that her knees come before mine. I go days without eating to make sure she has her needs provided for her make it right do you know how long I’ve been waiting for a callback because I was told I was not a priority a long time ago when you said a callback, you told your time to ask the agent to call you now you sit and wait in line you’re not a priority. I told the weight sit on my phone how to touch my right arm wash my emails and watch for a text message. Do you know how many hours I’ve been waiting? Get somebody on the line immediately and call my number.
