Signed up 2 phone numbers in April and was supposed to get the connection fees credited back (160.00+ tax). Didn’t receive anything, contacted the guy who signed me up and he submitted the CFW credit request again May 12, still have not received anything. Ref id: CS-202605-273

It usually shows up on your second or third bill. I would suggest you to wait for another billing cycle. If it still does not appear on your next bill, you can respond back to this post and we will flag a rep for you.
Sorry got the date wrong, signed up in march, first bill mar 17. Then invoiced Apr 17 now 3rd bull dated May 17th and no credit

We have looked into it and we have been able to refund the connection fee based on the notes from the rep.
You should be able to see this reflected on the balance due, which is a credit that will be carried over to the next bill.
