Why cant i pay my bill with self serve?

I log on self-serve, write all my payment information, and as i try to proceed past this step, step 2 in the menu, i get an error message : ss_otp_40023_tokenizationfailure_step2 , ‘’This isnt available at the moment, try again later’’

 

This is both on my phone, and via a computer. Should i really just wait it out? 

I’m late on my payment  so, i would really like to resolve this quickly.

If you are already late on payment, call 611 and pay over the phone using the automation prompts by credit card

Thanks for the reply, and solution. I’m still curious to know, is the error message i get caused by my late payment, or something else entirely?

It seems to be an issue with the authentication system. I would suggest you to clear the cache and cookies on your browser or use a different browser.

Hard to say what the issue is.

 

If your plan has the auto pay discount feature, I suggest you set up auto-pay and see if the error continues.
