My credit card has been compromised....

My credit card has been compromised and I’m waiting for another one to come in the mail. So my Stream+ has not been updated since my current card is locked. How can I ensure my service continues until I get my new card to update payment details?

As a subscription service, Stream+ will continue with the current 30 days of service until you reach the end of the current cycle.

To not have the service disrupted if you get to the end of the cycle and still don’t have the new card, you will need to add another payment method via a Canadian Mastercard/Visa debit card or another Canadian credit card.

The payment will then be taken, the service will continue, and then when you get the new card you can switch it again. On how to switch your payment method, you can refer to the steps in the article below.
