different names and bill for same account number

My husband and myself has koodo sims. Now our account number and charges are interchanged. Since he don't know English, the sim was activated with my email IDs and I'm paying for both. I want to know our account numbers.

He get messages in his phone for payment and I pay it from my bank app. From April onwards, my subscription is charged for his number. Can I speak with a rep

I would suggest you to download the Customer Service Agreement from your Self-Serve account, which should include the account number.

As for the charges, is it possible that you may have switched the SIM cards by mistake? It should not have changed all of a sudden.

When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, do you see both lines on the ebill?
