Switching from Bell Fibre internet

I signed up for home internet and told the sales rep I had fibre internet, they told me it wasn’t a problem, Koodo could do that. It’s my installation period and I don’t have a cord to connect to Bell’s internet hookup. My apartment does not have a coax input, only fibre optic.

Is there a way I can get the proper cable, or have a tech visit?

Have you read this article? It may give you a better idea of where to find the cable line in your home. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-to-find-the-coax-line-for-koodo-internet-in-your-home

My apartment does not have a coax input. It’s a basement apartment and only the upstairs does.
