I don't understand. I just got set up with koodo a week ago and everything has been fine expect my internet. It was supposed to be activated today (may 7) but online it says my internet order is still being processed and my internet won't work. My data also isn't working. I've been on hold for 47 minutes. Isn't there a number I can call to talk to someone right away? This is so irritating.
It sounds like you are trying to set up your home internet. Was it working previously?
Did you set up your modem and router? Did you get the email with the step-by-step instructions to get your service up and running?

I think you also mentioned your phone data is not working. Was it working previously? Does texting and calling (Incoming and outgoing) work? DId youy port your number in recently?
