Koodo internet


Hi,

I subscribed Koodo internet and activation date is today. But after hooking up the modem, the “DS” keep flashing and no connection is established.

What shall I do?

Have you tried resetting the modem? Follow the steps here

if that doesn’t work you may have to schedule a call back with a rep to make sure the service was activated as sometimes there may be a delay. I hope this helps 🙂👍

Dang in that case you can setup a call back through your Koodo self serve account or through the chat bot on the Koodo.com website 👍
