HELP It's not sending me a verification code

I am currently trying to update my account to a new SIM card. 

I have been trying to get it to send it to my email. I have tried multiple times to get it sent to my email, where it has sent verification codes BEFORE, but it’s not sending it now. I cannot use other methods of verification.

Hi there,

Have you checked your junk email for the verification code? as sometimes they’re sent there instead. If it still is not working at this time, are you able to schedule a call back to someone else’s phone through your self serve account so that a rep can change the sim card for you over the phone? You would just provide them the numbers on the back of the new one you have. If you can’t schedule a call back I suggest you reach out to a rep through Koodo’s Facebook page and they should be able to change it for you.
