Data not working on phone?

After returning from out of Country my data is not working on my iphone 11?

Hi @cory98cc 

We can see  that there was some data used today on the line ending in *98.

Just to confirm, is it turned on in the phone settings? What happens when you try to access an website on mobile data (for example if you access koodomobile.com)

Have you tried restarting the device or resetting the network settings? (resetting the network settings will also reset the saved wifi and bluetooth connections)

Its the phone on my account **87, it is turned on in phone settings, we have reset the phone. 

WIFI at home works its just the phones data out of wifi range.

Is the phone working fine for calls and text messages?

Assuming you took out the Koodo SIM card when you were abroad, did you insert it back upon your return to Canada?
