trouble setting up self serve


Hi

 

Trying to activate my self serve account, and I am having problems. I think it stems from the fact that the e mail I got asking me to register has a different phone number than mine…  I have tried to register many times now and it is always the same, your number doesnt  match.

Are you trying to set up your self serve account using the activation email that you shoul have received?

Did you have a number ported in, or are you refering to the number Koodo gave you?

got it sorted, I was befuddled by the temp numbers they assign your account while awaiting new sim cards.
