Trying to add stream+ and tried all my cards but it says there’s a problem with my card info? is there a way around this? does koodo have a customer service phone number?

so a lot of those issues happen when postal codes on credit card or visa debits don’t match what’s on your account (at least in my experience) so I would check this and use a card associated with the same address. in regards to a phone number Koodo no longer have a direct line to customer service, but you can setup a call back time for a rep to call you at through your self serve account. This way you’re not waiting ages on the phone. Alternatively you could also reach out to a rep on Koodo's Facebook page and message them through there. I hope this helps 🙂👍
