Rogers lines do not work in my apartment. Who owns the lines that Koodo rents from?
It’s different for every province/area.
I know Rogers, Cogeco, Shaw, and Eastlink at least are used.
You can enter your address in the availability tool and it’ll tell you if your location is good or not.

Yes, I did that. But when I had Rogers the lines did not work in my specific apartment. They worked in the building and up to my apartment but not in my apartment. I don’t want to cancel my current service to go to Koodo and have it not work then have to pay a setup fee again with the company I am current with.
I am in Ontario, do you know what lines are used I. Ontario?
You would have to schedule a call back from Koodo and ask a rep.
Anyway, If Koodo install internet for you, they will have to make sure it work.

Rogers couldn’t even make their own lines work! lol
Koodo internet service is still fairly new. It has not been without their hiccups.
If you feel there is any risk of the service not working, and do not want tthe trouble to re-setup your old service, I would just keep what you have
