Seasonal Hold


I need help about seasonal hold guys 

please🥲

I tried to seasonal hold for my phone. 

and now i have issues… I don’t know what to do

I accidentally pressed seasonal hold option on today which i didn’t know it started right away. i thought their is an option for the date when its gonna start. but it wasn’t. How can I back to my old plan?

you can resume your service by following the steps on this page https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling#

if this doesn’t work, schedule a call back with a rep via your self serve or contact one through Koodo’s Facebook page, they should be able to resume it for you. Keep in mind a seasonal hold can only be done once a year, so if you don’t need it now or in the near future keep that in mind.

Changing to the seasonal hold plan count as a plan change.

You need to pick an in-market plan when you came back from your vacation.  If your original plan is no longer available, then you can not get it back.
