I had a call with Customer service, that was transferred to loyalty, however, I am in disagreement with the offer made. I would like to obtain a copy of the call transcript to clarify.
Does anyone know how I am able to get this?

What was the disagreement detail? Can you share it here?
I don't think they would give a transcript to you unless there was a special reason for it.
