Hi there,

so firstly this is a community platform so cool it with the harsh language, there is no need for it you’re speaking to people not Koodo directly. Secondly if you can’t figure out the chat bot you can always talk to a rep through koodo’s facebook page or X account.

@Dtrading We see your convo with our Virtual Assistant. You asked what plan you had, it told you about ‘Seasonal Hold’.  You mentioned you wanted resume a current plan but you suggested that self serve was not working.  Could you share details about that? Maybe we can help here. I also see you scheduled a callback, however we can’t call numbers outside of Canada and the US.  As @Oliver C mentioned other than here, we can also help you on Facebook.
