New plans offer more data than my current plan for a lower price.

Hi,

Currently I have two plans. #1 - $50 - 10 GB and #2 was $45, this month $48 with 6GB.

When I checked new plans Koodo offers now (when logged out), they offer better plans for cheaper price.

$44 with 50GB. When I tried to checnge my plan to a cheaper one, there is no option through self-serv. Are all these plans for a new clients only? I can see some of them are temporary promotion, but this one looks like nothing special. And they are under bring your own phone tab. I am not planning to use tabs, I do not want to buy phones through Koodo. Do I need to stop being koodo customer and then come back to get this plan? I would like to move both of my plans to $44 and get 50 GB on each one.

Normally Koodo only offers plans that are more expensive than the one you have. You could schedule a callback through the automated assistant though and ask them to switch you to the plan you want - I’d be very surprised if they weren’t obliging :)
