Can't select free perk when selecting a new plan on self serve.

I am trying to select a new phone plan on self serve and I can’t select a free perk that comes with the plan. I am always given the following error message.

 

EDIT: Tried again after 15 minutes and it worked.

Hi there,

this is a known issue when people try to change their plans. Somethings to try first would be 1. Clearing your browser cache and trying again, 2. Using a different browser to make the change, or 3. Using a different device and log into your self serve and try again. If these three things didn’t work I suggest you either setup a callback with a rep through your self serve account or contact a rep through Koodo’s Facebook page as they will be able to change the plan and add the perk for you (that or if a rep on this platform sees your post they will reply to the thread and assist you).
