payment Arrangement

Hello,  I would like to do a payment Arrangement. I understand that we should really pay our bills but due to our situation past few months was really struggling 😞 need help for this. Thank you

The best option is to schedule a callback to speak with billing. Do you still have service?

In case you haven’t already looked into it, you can check out lower priced plans or consider going prepaid if you don’t have outstanding tabs. It gets difficult if a tab is keeping you form going to a lower priced plan. It’s somethign that can posssibly be discussed. There’s no overages, and if you miss some days, your service stops but you have 89 days to buy another 30 days to continue.

Have you tried dialing #227 from your Koodo phone?

 

Yes, but the lady said I need to pay the whole amount before getting back my service. I can pay tomorrow but not the whole amount. She still telling I need to pay whole amount and she can't do anything anymore.

I would call again.  You should be able to restore service with Payment Arrangements.
