Why was I charged $16 on 6 days it shows in the Koodo bill one minute of data in Thailand. I was not using the internet for anything and only used wifi. It’s almost $100. I’ve also been charged for roaming the US when still on Canadian soil (Vancouver Island). In that case, how can Koodo’s cell coverage be so weak within Canada that it jumped to Washington state across a long stretch of water. Perhaps just don’t use Koodo if you expect any need of roaming.

If you refer to the most recent bill, we see there were 9 roaming charges triggered due to text messages usage and voicemail usage.
