While driving from Calgary to Surrey on April 19, my wife’s phone received a text message saying that she was roaming in the US as we were passing through Abbotsford. We didn’t think much of it as we were only there for 2 days, but I got the bill today and see that her number was charged $14 for roaming when we never left Canada. Oddly enough I never got any message saying I was roaming even though Data Roam is on for my device as well. Please reverse these charges.
