I was visiting a cottage on the St. Laurence river (ON side), and I was charged US roaming charges when still in Canada. Can I have these charges removed?

We have reviewed the charge and we were able to remove the charges since the cause was accidental roaming, feel free to check the details in self serve when you get the chance (note that the PDF Bill will still show the original bill amount, however, the amound due should be updated shortly).
