Your Tab page isn't working.


I've been logging onto your website to check my tab balance since this weekend and all I'm getting is a blank page with a blue bar. I need to know my TAB balance. BTW, this method of customer service is both enervating and lacklustre. It's making me want to go somewhere else after all these years.

Do you have an active account with Koodo or have more than one account? Usually when you see that page its because you are logging in to an account that has been cancelled.

It's not the case for Daniel as there is no concern with the account.

@Daniel....not sure why you can't see your balance. Just checked and there is no issue that has been reported and I can see it works on my account as well, see below:



That said you can also find your tab balance on your pdf version of your invoice under each account. Pls try that.

Have you tried with another browser or your browser in incognito mode?
