I have my number from a Koodo-Store, and when I try to register for the first time to a Prepaid Self Serve my email and number is unable to do it. Why?
When I put my 10-digits number to receive a code I have this message: [b][i]* The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click [b][i]here
So, after click I go to "Email Verification" to reset my password, and I receive another message: [b][i]We’re unable to verify your email.
So... what can I do now???
PS: This is my firt time creating a Prepaid Self Serve account in the site, I never created it before.
PS2: My Koodo number is correct.
