What is my email address for self serve?


CANNOT LOG INTO SELF SERVE. SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER. CAN'T RE-SET MY PASSWORD OR UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INTO UNLESS I LOG INTO SELF SERVE.

Is the account under your name Lizanne? You have a unique last name and I couldn't find an active line on a monthly plan with your name.
