Hello Yanick.

Are your contacts on the SIM card or your google account? If they are on your Google account, they will transfer automatically. If not, just ask the guy at a Koodo kiosk to transfer the contacts for you!
I got the phone from Amazon and it unlock and it I could hook up to Koodo
No! Do not ask the guy at the kiosk to transfer your contacts, with his little computer setup. I did, and everything got messed up; I ended up having to redo the contacts manually anyway. To make matters worse, their little App accessed my email accounts and contact lists and dumped the information into my phones main contact list. What a mess. Besides, who's to say they don't 'archive' your contact list for advertising purposes.

The law, unless you consent.

You're switching from Windows Phone to Android. First, make sure that your contacts are synced with Outlook (your Microsoft account). Then, use this guide: http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-import-outlook-com-contacts-to-gmail/
Just download and print a SIM card cutting template to cut your larger SIM to the desired smaller size. Easily done with a pair of scissors as long as you take your time to be precise.
