So sad about how poor customer service has become... time to leave

I used to praise Koodo to my friends... no more In fact the opposite. NO customer service can wait 45 60 minutes and no one answers a call just the same irritating message about the so called digital assistant which is useless. It doesn Not answer your questions and has really caused me to to look elsewhere for a provider. Too bad... obviously they really do not care about their customers at all. Shame on you....

@qne What was the question that you need help with?. You could post your question here. Someone might be able to answer.

You could set up a callback through their digital assistant if you need to talk to someone. Facebook messaging (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) could also be a good option, so you don't have to wait on phone.
