"You're still waiting to be approved. Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."
So it allowed me to change the email address. I used one not associated with any Koodo accounts and received the validation link. When I try to log in using this new email address I get the same message saying "You're still waiting to be approved".
I'd really like to pay my bill....how can I resolve this??

Looks like there is a bit of an issue in the system.
Send a private message to Koodo on facebook and twitter and an employee will be abole to dig deeper into your account
