I want to pay my bill online, but it always shows that my account is not approved yet. I cannot even see my balance. What can I do?

When you first signed up they would have sent an email to the address that you provided. You have to find that email and there is a link in it that you click on to make your self serve account.

Hi Liang-chen,
You could dial 611 and hit 1, to check your balance from your Koodo cell phone.
Was your email once registered with Koodo before? you might have to contact Koodo (call or send message to their facebook) to reset it.
